Within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, please send us an unboxing video of the package to amodinivillage@gmail.com. This video serves as evidence of the condition of the products upon arrival.
Once we have received and reviewed the unboxing video, we will proceed with the refund process accordingly.
Please ensure that the video clearly shows the condition of the products and packaging upon arrival. Failure to provide the required video within the specified timeframe may result in the denial of the refund request.
